Mary Anne Doggett
Mary Anne is outspoken and not afraid to question the status quo. A tough yet respectful coach, she thrives on new kinds of thinking and working on strategy, quality metrics, and leadership communication. She is often quoted in the press and her blog is a popular resource for wholesaling teams.
Prior to co-founding Interactive Communications, Mary Anne was the Sales Director for Citibank's 330 branches and also the Sales Manager of Citi's phone center. Earlier in her career she worked as a sales rep in the health care industry and as a research specialist on motivators of change for the Psychology Department of the University of Vermont.
Mary Anne holds a BA from the University of Vermont and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. She works with Dogs for the Deaf and enjoys her extended family. She lives in Croton-on-Hudson, New York, spends as much time as possible at her house in Vermont, and is most creative on the chair lift.
Claudia knows how to take a concept and bring it to life. She employs a steady hand when designing training courses and getting programs ready to roll. Even so, some of the Interactive Communications’ wackiest ideas come from Claudia. Her coaching style is highly supportive, a valuable skill in her extensive work with internal wholesalers. She’s also our retirement specialist.
Prior to co-founding Interactive Communications, Claudia worked for Citibank in a variety of sales and sales management positions. Before that, she pursued a Ph.D. in Art History and Archaeology at Columbia University, which somehow prepared her for what she does today.
Claudia holds a BA from Hamilton (Kirkland) College and has two MAs from Columbia. She lives on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with her husband and has two adult children. In her spare time she gardens at her home in the Berkshires, travels, and indulges in the occasional Tanqueray martini.
