Step 1: A Complimentary Call

We start with a free one-hour conversation to explore your specific challenges and determine if this coaching is the right fit for you. No pressure, no pitch — just an honest conversation.

Step 2: Scheduled Coaching Calls

Each one-hour session combines skill-building with real-world application. We'll review specific approaches, integrate The Big Five, and end every call with a concrete assignment.

  • You identify the prospects and scenarios you want to work on

  • We rehearse calls using advanced skills — understanding vs. confident delivery are very different

  • We debrief live advisor responses and provide direct feedback

Between calls

  • Reading and assignments to understand the what, why, and how of The Big Five

  • Assignments using the skills to prepare for live calls

  • On the job practice using the skills with selected advisors
